ASIC Agent Service

ASIC Agent Service

A “corporate trustee” is a corporate entity AKA a “company”. All Australian companies are required to fulfil a number of administrative requirements. SuperShift iQ’s ASIC agent service manages everything for you, keeping your SMSF and it’s trustee company fully compliant.

ASIC Agent Service (Per Company)

From $200 pa +GST
  • All necessary communications with ASIC
  • Annual review statements
  • Preparation and lodgement of forms (change of company details etc.)
  • Maintenance of your corporate register
Our ASIC agent service is only necessary if your SMSF has a corporate trustee (company).

It is important you make proper consideration and seek appropriate advice before setting up an SMSF. SuperShift IQ do not provide financial advice. You must seek appropriate financial advice in regards to rollovers (rolling over any existing super funds you have into your new SMSF) and suitable Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection insurances (as you may lose significant benefits). If you require any assistance in these areas, SSIQ can put you in touch with their aligned SMSF specialist advisers.
An SMSF is a tax structure you control in preparation for retirement. It provides you with greater control, flexibility and choice - you can invest in any asset, in any currency, anywhere in the world.
